RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Returns and Cancellations (Including Pre-Orders)
- No returns on any TCG products
- New, unopened non-tcg products may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase (see exceptions below). Returned items are subject
to a 15% restocking fee. - Most orders may be cancelled before shipment for a full refund. Cancelled items are subject to a 5% cancellation fee. Once an order has shipped, products become subject to the return guidelines above.
- Pre-orders may be cancelled up to 14 days before release date.
Orders cancelled in this way are subject to an 10% cancellation fee.

Damages and issues
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
- In order to preserve the integrity and quality of our products, the
following items are non-returnable: all trading card games,
digital items, and gift cards.
Exchanges
- The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the
item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase
for the new item.
Refunds
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please
remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
